Housekeeping needs substantial improvement!!! Rooms smelled musty with leftover trash in waste baskets!!! Those cigarette burn marks in a "non-smoking" room were a serious letdown!!! I expected better overall cleanliness!!! Systems need regular maintenance!!!

Good and absolutely perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to a private university. Big bed, clean bathroom and climate control and multi-channel TV in the room.

The rooms had good beds which everyone appreciated. The location was convenient for our family's travel needs. Plus, we really enjoyed the simple atmosphere while being close to local attractions was nice.
My kids wished for a cleaner environment.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was exceptionally clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. The venue had amicable and helpful staff who made the stay really enjoyable! The room we had included climate control and cable channels. The location was particularly good and perfect in the industrial area. Also, main attraction such as Gates Park Golf Course was 1 mile from this venue. We enjoyed spending 2 nights here.
Though everything was very convenient, some of the staff were very aggressive.

The King Room I stayed in had a comfortable bed, a plus. The cleanliness was a bit off, as the bath needed attention and the shower head was pretty basic. I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. They were handy. The overall vibe was quiet,. Just wished the shower had better pressure and maybe some toiletries would have been nice.
